How it works

Four steps from a VoIP.ms account to a live desktop: license the app, connect SIP and API, load your DIDs, then call and text.

    Create an account

    Sign up at voipmsdesk.com, verify email, and pick Basic, Pro, or Teams. You’ll get a license for the Windows installer.

    Connect VoIP.ms

    In Settings, enter your VoIP.ms API username and password plus SIP username, password, and a POP (for example vancouver.voip.ms).

    Sync numbers & inbox

    The app loads DIDs, recent SMS, contacts, and voicemail so the desktop matches what you already use in the VoIP.ms portal.

  4. 4

    Work from the desk

    Answer SIP calls, send MMS, play voicemail, and keep history locally. Carrier usage stays on your VoIP.ms bill.
