Do you offer a free plan?
Once we exit our preview period, we will no longer offer a free tier. New accounts currently start with a 7-day trial after signup.
Can I use multiple numbers?
Pro includes multiple DIDs on one login. SMS+ and Voice+ are one channel each. Extra Windows seats are $5/mo on any plan.
Do you offer volume discounts for large teams?
If you have or anticipate more than 100 seats, use the Contact page for Enterprise options.
How do I cancel before the trial ends?
Log in, open your account, and use Cancel trial / manage billing. Canceling before day 7 avoids the first charge. You can also reach us from the Contact page.
Does this include VoIP.ms minutes or SMS?
No. VoipMS Desktop is software licensing only. Voice, SMS, and MMS usage is billed by VoIP.ms on your carrier account.
